Returns Policy

1. Return Window

Requests for return must be placed within 14 calendar days from delivery for standard catalogue items. Customized or made‑to‑order products are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Eligibility

Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and complete with accessories and documentation. Items showing signs of installation or misuse cannot be accepted.

3. Return Authorization

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required prior to shipping any item back. Contact your sales representative to obtain the RMA and return instructions.

4. Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect, shipping costs and any restocking fees may apply and will be informed with the RMA.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

After inspection, approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or credited to the account within 14 days. Exchanges are processed as a new order.

6. Warranty Claims

For functional issues within the warranty period, our service team will evaluate repair or replacement according to the warranty conditions applicable to the product.
