Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Scope

Orders are delivered worldwide through our approved logistics partners. Lead times and availability may vary depending on destination, order size and product configuration.

2. Processing Times

Standard processing time for stock items is 2–5 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Engineered or customized items follow the production schedule agreed with the customer.

3. Transit Times

Estimated transit: EU 3–7 business days, non‑EU 7–20 business days. Remote locations may require additional time. Once the shipment leaves our facilities, the carrier’s tracking will reflect the most accurate estimate.

4. Shipping Costs

Freight charges are calculated according to weight/volume, destination and service (road, sea, air). Costs will be confirmed on the quotation or order acknowledgement.

5. Delivery and Risk

Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier as per the agreed Incoterms. Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery document.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

For transport damage or shortages, notify the carrier and our support team within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and the delivery note reference. Late notifications may affect the possibility of a claim.

7. Customs and Duties

For international shipments outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stipulated in the order.
